At the end of the 45 minutes of slow driving on the Agadir-Marrakech highway, we will stop to observe a well-known activity and one of the favorite of goats in the trees of argan trees. There is only one tree on which you will see goats, the argan tree which is only found around the Atlas Mountains in central Morocco. This tree produces small yellow flowers that will give rise to a small fruit, whose seeds are found in nuts surrounded by yellow pulp and hard skin. This pulp attracts goats, who initially gobble up these easily accessible fruits within their reach, and then climb trees to get more. This fruit is not edible for humans, so it is an all-you-can-eat buffet for goats.
